Realization of this difficulty led the need of devising this technical project for improving the way of pin-pointing underground cable fault by using a robot. The proposed robot would be helpful in locating the break from an external point with the help of advanced technological features. When an underground cable would break or short circuit, then this robot would move over it and would locate the exact position of discontinuity.
